Refund / Return Policy (services)

1. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made through Skymech.ai, including subscriptions, service bookings, and any associated products.”

2. Service bookings (garage work)

  • Once a service booking has been confirmed, you may reschedule it up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge, subject to workshop availability.

  • If you cancel a confirmed booking more than 2 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at our discretion and subject to any workshop‑specific terms communicated at the time of booking.

  • If you cancel a booking less than 2 hours before the scheduled time or fail to present your vehicle, any fees paid may be non‑refundable, except where required by law.

3. Subscriptions / digital services

Subscription fees are generally non‑refundable once the subscription term has started. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied, except for any outstanding amounts already due. We may, in our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit where you experience a material and documented technical issue that prevents use of the Services and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

4. Method of refund

Where a refund is approved, we will generally refund using the original method of payment (e.g., card, wallet, or bank transfer). In some cases, we may offer a refund as platform credit or an alternative remedy (such as a service voucher or re‑performance of services), which you may choose to accept.
